Level Up aims at developing the digital skills of low-skilled adults with blue (or pink)-collar occupations in order to support them to face the digital transformation challenges and preserve their job.
Digital skills are required in all working environments and necessary to operate many tools and equipment used in blue-collar occupations. With Level Up, it develops a curriculum and online set of training resources mapped on DigComp that allow the selected workers to increase their employability, work more efficiently and productively, find ways of improving their core skills using ICT, find jobs with better conditions
