Over the past few years, due to the digitalization process, it has become crucial to have excellent digital knowledge and skills in order to meet the needs of new daily challenges both in social life and in working life. Although there are many ways to gain these skills, the risk of social exclusion has to be taken into account as it could result in the lack of updated and qualified employees.
For this reason, EGInA established a consortium with several organisations and institutions aimed at deepening the knowledge of digital innovations in adult training and developing mobility activities and European collaboration.
The consortium wants to promote the exchange of methodologies and ideas in digital training for adults, help professionals add innovative digital practises in their courses and increase the knowledge and skills in advanced digital technologies thus enlarging the training programme offers.
