Environmental and climate actions are key priorities for the EU now and in the future. We want to make a contribution to this by applying it to the tourism industry. The K-TOUR project supports the use of
digital and technical tools to create territorial databases of eco-friendly and accessible tourism businesses. Students will become actors in the fight against climate change by planning and citing environmentally sustainable and accessible incoming routes that could have an impact on the behaviour of their communities, increasing the already growing demand for sustainable and accessible tourism. Future tourism experts will adopt eco-friendly elements, become accustomed to discussing, learning, reflecting on local actions and finding alternative, greener ways to implement them in their daily lives.
