Problems in the field of communication and social interaction significantly affect the success of neurodivergent individuals in job interviews and subsequent workplace communication with colleagues and superiors.

The WIN (Workplace Inclusion: Neurodiversity) project aims to develop training protocols and support mechanisms for employers and HR managers to create working environments in which the neurodivergent individual can express their strengths without amplifying their ‘weaknesses’ – e.g. by adapting the neurodivergent individual’s work tasks and working hours, using aids that facilitate the neurodivergent individual’s work and communication in the workplace.
